90-Days Money-Back Guarantee:
We do our best to fully satisfy you with every purchase that you make from SmartBeddings.com. If for some reason you are not satisfied with an item, you may return the item within 90 days of shipping date of goods for a full refund of the purchase price less a $15 restocking fee for each item shipped. All furniture items will incur a 25% restocking fee of the purchase price unless otherwise stated on actual product page. Some products are considered special order products and are unfortunately not returnable. If this is the case it will be clearly noted on the product page.

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Returned merchandise must be sent to us prepaid and insured. We cannot accept freight collect items. In case of a return that is a result of an error from the vendor, manufacturer or a shipping error, they will be refunded the shipping amount incurred. You can expect a refund within 30 days of our receiving your returned product.

Please remember all returned merchandise must be new (never been used) and in its original carton with all the packing materials, manuals and registration cards to ensure full credit. We will NOT accept dirty, washed, used or altered products. You will need to enclose your order/invoice number and/or a copy of your e-mail confirmation with your return along with a memo explaining reason for return.

All refunds & exchanges are subject to the final approval of our quality control division.
