Shipping Policy

Most of our orders are shipped via UPS Ground. For some orders, we use USPS Ground Service also. Orders are usually shipped within 2 to 3 business days of order receipt. It takes additional 5 to 6 business days to arrive at locations on the west coast. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with your tracking information.

We do NOT offer expedited shipping service. This is because of the fact that it is very expensive for bedding products because of its size and weight.

All items that are orderable are in stock. If for some reason we are out of stock of an item you ordered we will promptly notify you via e-mail or by phone to let you know of the situation and possible options. In addition, some of our products are shipped directly to you from the manufacturer. If this is the case you will be promptly notified by email or by phone of possible transit times.

We offer free Ground shipping on all orders over $100, and charge a flat shipping and handling rate on all orders under $100 as per the table below:



We only ships to locations within the 48 contiguous states. We do not ship to APO, FPO or PO Box addresses and unfortunately we currently do NOT ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada or Puerto Rico.
